Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed case by case within seven days of purchase. Post-delivery refills for drops run for 30 days after completed delivery.

This policy covers paid Instagram and TikTok follower, like, view, and comment orders placed through FollowersFly. It explains the seven-day refund request window and the separate 30-day post-delivery refill period for drops after completed delivery.
Refund requests: seven days
Contact support within seven calendar days of the initial purchase to request a refund. Include your order number and explain the issue. We review eligibility case by case. Submitting a request within seven days does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
We consider the order details and the issue reported before communicating a decision. A refill and a refund are different remedies; the 30-day refill period does not extend the seven-day refund request window.
Post-delivery refills: 30 days after delivery
If followers, likes, views, or comments delivered with a paid order drop, FollowersFly will refill the drop for up to 30 calendar days starting when delivery is completed. The refill period starts on completed delivery, not on the purchase date. You do not need to submit a refill request for the automatic process.
If you notice a drop that has not been restored, contact support with your order number and the affected profile or post so we can review the order. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
Payment and delivery issues
If you believe you were charged twice, charged for an order that did not proceed, or did not receive the purchased quantity, contact support with the order number and the issue. We will review the available order and payment information. An approved refund is processed through the payment method or provider used for the purchase; the time it appears can depend on that provider.

These request windows describe FollowersFly's own policy. They do not limit any consumer rights that apply under law in your location.
