Billing

Review the selected USD total and order details before opening the hosted payment page. Adding a package to the cart does not place a paid order. A paid order enters processing only after the payment provider confirms payment. Contact support about a payment or order issue.

Revisions and Errata

FollowersFly does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Refunds and refills

Refund requests

Customers may request a refund within seven calendar days of the initial purchase. Eligibility is reviewed case by case under our Refund Policy; a request within the window does not guarantee approval. Contact followersflyofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Post-delivery refills

If followers, likes, views, or comments delivered with a paid order drop, FollowersFly will refill the drop for up to 30 calendar days beginning when delivery is completed. The 30-day refill period does not extend the seven-day refund request window. If a drop has not been restored, contact support with your order number and the affected profile or post.

Applicable rights

These policy windows do not limit consumer rights that apply under law in your location. See the Refund Policy for details and contact information.

Service

• FollowersFly is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any Instagram third-party partners in any way.
• It is your sole responsibility to comply with Instagram rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use FollowersFly at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your Instagram account is banned for any reason.
• We collect and store the public username or post URL you provide to process an order. Public profile or post information may be sent to service providers used for order validation. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
• The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.
• We can't guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
• It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to "public" during their use of the FollowersFly service. If changing a profile to "private" interrupts delivery, contact support. Refund eligibility remains subject to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
• You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.
• It is your sole responsibility to check whether the Terms have changed.
